The world as a whole: Al'tehrun refers to the entire planetary body upon which Mythrai, the Eldermist Expanse, the Immensus Waters, and all other terrestrial regions of this land.
Al'tehrun orbits a star known as Solen and two moons known as Astraan and Orchuun. From the ground, Solen and Astraan move across the sky every day and night, shifting slightly over the course of each year. Empyr shifts slightly, but rotates significantly slower around Al'tehrun
- Since the establishment of the Calendar of Ronin, its has been established that Astraan runs through a cycle of its phases each month, with the new moon signifying the start of the next month. Astraan shine grayish-white each night.
- Empyr does not rotate in the same consistent manner: Empyr is in a rotation lock with Al'tehrun and Solen, meaning that it is always on the opposite side of Al'tehrun from Solen. As such, the phases appear with some shift into crescent during sunrise and sunset, and remains in the new moon ring-appearance during the night. Empyr is tinted purple in its ringed or crescent appearance in the sky.
- The sky appears light blue during the day, shifts into reds, oranges, and purples during the transition, and is a deep black with some purple/blue tones during the night.
