Vijkastra Misseer was a beautiful elvish wizard who wore flowing blue robes which matched her long blue to purple hair. Her eyes were kept covered by a silver wrap around her head and beneath her hair, and she wielded a brass aspergil on a brass chain as her spellcasting focus.
Vijkastra Misseer sought to develop her own spells, primarily in the realm of an extension of teleportation magic - replacing one being with another, like Gate. During experimentation, it was unclear whether she was achieving this or rather transforming beings into entirely different creatures.
Vijkastra Misseer did not have much in the way of connections, but bonded quickly with Arix after leaving Rookmore with him. His magical talent had broadened her research and his unflappable positivity contrasted with her clinical demeanor.
Vijkastra Misseer had many spell scrolls of her attempts at teleportation and summoning magic, with earlier drafts often exhibiting random and unpredictable effects. She wore a Ring of Mind Shielding.
