This magic chisel was found inside the body of the Sibriex which roamed the labyrinth level of the Praeten Oubliette.
The chisel has 3 charges, recharging all each day. As an action, the chisel can be used to alter the form of a willing creature, chosen by percentile dice from the table from the Sibriex stat block (below). The change lasts for 1 hour. If the chisel is used on an individual who is already warped, the new effect and duration replace the old.
