Javier has been selected as herald of the prince after the prince took the title away from Allison McClerx, as she wanted someone she could trust, instead of a primogen. Javier has been in Elizabeth Whitehall's coterie for a long time, and has only come into town last week. He has a pleasant demeanor and already knows the names and base details of all Camarilla members. While some are still sceptical of this powerful newcomer, even some kindred who hate the prince are warming up to Javier.
Javier was the Jerry Thomas of Spain. he had his own cocktail bar in Barcelona when he was embraced in 1883. He still works behind bars in the Camarilla performing his art. Though most of his clientèle is kindred these days, he still enjoys garnishing glasses and mixing cocktails for vessels.
