Nar'l is the lead advisor to The Overseer and his liaison for certain business dealings, given most other of the other lieutenants are too brutish to have a productive negotiation.
Nar'l had been a member of the Xibrindas noble house back in Menzoberranzan, but all but a few of the members were killed long ago. He and his remaining kin now live in exile.
