During the Keepers of the Hoard raid of Longsaddle, the farm was intentionally spared by Frulam Mondath as a kind of corrupt "debts paid" to Gunter Grumbleton Jr.
After the raid, the Grumbletons offered their farm as a refuge for the displaced citizens of Longsaddle.
