Campaign 2: Of Scale and Song

It is the 25th year of the 5th Era. On the 4th of Hearthfire, a new semester begins at the Arcane University. This year, the Eternal Champion's tournament is being held again, for the first time since the late 3rd Era, when Ocato became Eternal Champion, rescued Emperor Uriel VII Septim, and became the High Chancellor of the Elder Council at his side. Now, a new Eternal Champion will be decided, and the city is flooded with people there to enlist in the tournament, sign up for a new year of education at the Arcane University, and become witness to a new series of issues for the new 5th Empire of Tamriel.

Tsaesci Invaders have made their way into the crowd around the White-Gold Tower where Svarog Svannirsson, The Last Dragonborn, the Emperor Aenaeus I Corvinus. With Dragons among them, and the eventual revelation of Alduin's presence in the attack, there is much to decipher about the day's events. While the Emperor and his children, with many other supporters like the Shogun of Higashi from Akavir, a random group of returning students are given a set of keys and the command to lead the civilian populace from the center of the city to a place called "Julius's Cell." From the Prisons, they lead the civilians out of the city and across the bay towards Cheydinhal to get them to safety. But, what does this attack mean for the safety of the Empire at large?
