The Ironwood Estate is the large home where the Marquis Evan Ironwood resides, having once been the plot of land where the former elven council had governed from, some of the architecture from that time still standing in the modern building. Much of the space isn't used often, only used for grand galas and balls. Marquis Ironwood is a man of wealth, he grew up with wealth, so it only makes sense that his living space shows that.
