Rhiddoc is the capital city of Southport, it is the largest port city in the entire world. All trade to and from Evelmore goes through Rhiddoc, even if the items come from or are destined for the Greyspine Kingdom or the Western Coalition.
Southport is a true Democracy, so the only true leader Rhiddoc has is the elected governor, they are a Deep Elf by the name of Quil Talaiyn.
