The Omniscient is the most knowledgable woman to have ever existed in the world, she is the physical embodiment of knowledge and information. She is the goddess of knowledge and information, research and learning, but also prediction and seeing beyond the present. She was once just a normal diviner who was deified by the Creator to aid in research and the gathering of knowledge to prepare for the oncoming war against the evil gods. In the Triumvirate, she is the Master of Information and head of the Limitless Library, she is the patron goddess of anyone who seeks knowledge and rather than having paladins who fight in her name, she has a set of monks devoted to her known as the Way of the Cobalt Soul.
The Omniscient is depicted as a mature Elven woman with greying hair and deep purple glowing eyes. The pupils are in the shapes of hourglasses, her hair flows long down to her ankles. She has billowing robes and scarves that transition into paper, that eventually turn into books and scrolls. Prior to her divinity, she was a divination wizard known for her perfected ability to see what is going to happen in the future.
She suffered a wound from one of the Betrayers during the Era Martial. She wears the same robes, and she has a massive carving out of them. The outer edge of the cut in the robe is darkened with shadowy blood. She always looks like she is in pain, but never acts like it, she acts normally. Though she actually is in pain, she spends most of her time in a chair in a library, reading in her hidden plane beyond the reaches of the heavens themselves.
