A large city with impressively tall aetheric magic collecting towers. Their spires can be seen across the grass plains that surrounded the city for many miles on each side. The inhabitants of Delva are master horsemen and farmers and much of their culture incorporates these two key elements of their lives. They are known as the finest horse breeders in the human lands having begun taming the wild horses of the plains many centuries ago. It sits on the junction of two rivers the Yakka and the Swaine. The grasslands around the rivers have been irrigated and the city has become the breadbasket of the human lands exporting grain across the known world. The city is ruled by the feared King Pathar Jan.
