The Tieflings city of Lowtan lies in the south of the tiefling lands. It supports its self through trade with the halflings and while this is less profitable than the trade between the Orcs and Methbar it has still managed to fuel and growing and vibrant economy. The halflings have also had an effect on the culture and compared to Methbar Lowtan is seen as more friendly and open to foreigners.
