The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand Rathbone. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if Rathbone is incapacitated.

Tactician. Rathbone can use a bonus action on his turn to choose one creature he can see within 30 feet of him. Until the start of his next turn, the chosen creature gains advantage on attack rolls against creatures other than Rathbone.
