Fey Ancestry. Lana has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put her to sleep.

Innate Spellcasting. Lana's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

  • At will: Mage Hand, Minor Illusion
  • 3/day each: Charm Person, Fog Cloud, Gust of Wind
  • 1/day each: Hold Person, Call Lightning

Actions

Fey Storm (Recharge 5-6). Lana conjures a powerful storm centered on a point she can see within 120 feet. The storm covers a 20-foot-radius sphere and lasts for 1 minute. Each creature in the storm when it appears or that enters it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from the center of the storm. Additionally, the area is heavily obscured, and exposed flames in the area are extinguished.

Charming Gaze. Lana targets one humanoid she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see Lana, it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or be charmed by Lana for 1 hour, or until Lana or her companions harm the target. Lana must maintain concentration as if concentrating on a spell, but she can still take other actions. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.


Legendary Actions

Lana can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Lana regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Fey Step. Lana magically teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.

Beguiling Words (Costs 2 Actions). Lana targets one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can hear Lana, it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or be charmed by Lana for 1 minute. The charmed target obeys Lana's verbal commands. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.

Fey Presence (Costs 2 Actions). Lana channels fey magic to instill fear or fascination in her enemies. Each creature of Lana's choice within 10 feet of her and aware of her must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed or frightened (Lana's choice) by her for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
