Spider Climb. Arachnae can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Sense. While in contact with a web, Arachnae knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Web Walker. Arachnae ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.


Actions

Multiattack. Arachnae makes three attacks: one with her bite and two with her shortsword.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) piercing damage.

Web (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 15 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 10; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).


Spells. Arachnae is a 9th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following wizard spells prepared:

Parry. Arachnae adds 4 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, Arachnae must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that Arachnae can see hits her with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack's damage against her.
