With the help of some brave adventurers led by Lance Corporal Ottis Flender of the Steel Hand, Cobbleton Enterprises has established mining operations in an old dwarven mine and there is now a small but consistent flow of ore into Haven allowing for production and maintenance of the weapons and armour necessary to protect our growing colony.
We are aware that this mine is an old secondary mine connected to a, presumably much larger, ancient dwarven settlement called Ironhold. Although Ironhold's main gates are sealed, we believe a collapsed tunnel from our mining operation connects to the main settlement. We would gladly clear the cave-in and fund an expedition into Ironhold proper.
Cobbleton Enterprises will retain rights to any mining operations and any associated equipment or facilities that may remain operational.
Full rights of spoil on goods, treasures and equipment recovered from Ironhold shall remain with the expedition team.
