A Water Genasi and Triton city set in the Abyss that guards one of the largest known entrances to the Water Elemental Plane. Though originally a purely Triton city, the presence of the portal to the Water Elemental Plane infused all until it was almost as common for people to have a child born as a Genasi instead of a Triton, who then grew up and had children of their own. The population maintains a near 50/50 split. The city originally was to guard it against invasion, but now it is to guard against that which comes out of it. One of the demon lords has corrupted the Plane through the portal, and slowly his presence is being felt in the number Tiefling children appearing in the population.
