Mornacor Depths

This is an area directly north of the Ohi Humaha Concordant, and is a wide pass between two smaller landmasses plus some of the surrounding coastal areas. It is mainly Brightwaters, with a section leading into the Gloom to the further north. The area is mostly settled by sea elves, selkies, sea tortles, and Locathah communities though that doesn’t mean you won’t find others there. This area has fewer ties with the shore, and is the ocean equivalent of settled farmland though think more Native American farmland vs The Cryptid Cornfields. There is a lot of coral forest and seaweed glades, but it is less wild than that of the previous area. There are seven settled villages in this region, and due to a strong current at the northern edge it is area that mobile communities and others pass through frequently, both within and above the current. Because it is further north, it tends to be a bit cooler and does occasionally get bad ‘storms’ that come down from the north. It would be, with the help the Shoal Collective provides in transporting you to your place, about a month’s travel to this location.
