Laikasot is the main city on En-du'e island and the most southern city of O'koll.
It is the newest addition to the O'koll Republic as it was conquered almost 200 years ago, and before that, it belonged to Tondem, though the Yirdem Empire was in charge on Laikasot.
As part of the alteration, it changed the spelling of the city from Layqasot to Laikasot.
The people there are of differing minds, but they all agree that they belong to the island, whether it be for family, business, or other reasons, or simply because it's too expensive to move elsewhere.
Many of the Tondem traditions are still going strong even though they are being held on different dates based on whether each family has changed calendar type or not. This has led to some difficulty but legally they are supposed to use the Kasethean Calendar. Many, however, will tell you that their tradition is their own business.
Interesting about the city is that it kept the architectural style from Tondem with the round houses and open roofs, even though O'koll is known as a snowy place, and anywhere else in O'koll, that would be ludicrous.
