Balgram is a descendant from two Tragorian refugees. He grew up in Crookstone and has been foundational in helping establish the mining guild. A beloved member of the community and leader of the miner's guild, Balgram holds dear the interests of the city and the safety of its people. He isn't a full member of the Veridian Society, but recognizes that they have the capacity to do a lot of good for Crookstone. He isn't averse to working with them by any means, especially with the threat of Domina Auctoritas looming over the city.
