Before the fall of The Kingdom of Tir, the Grey Wizard served as one of the council of seven mages protecting Caislean. He was corrupted and bought back to life by Bartimeus Quinnlee under the command of Nox. He has only shown his face briefly, when he arrived in the aftermath of the first skirmish of the Battle of T'Kashire and reversed the events so that his fellow council member the Unknown didn't die. As such he is known to be extremely powerful but not much else is known.
