The Dead Lands were poisoned by the UPP Government during their war with the Imperial Troll Empire, and even some two-hundred years later still only scrub and rocks remain and only the most hardy of animals survive here, none of which is useful to most and most of which is dangerous or toxic. The largest remaining populated town is Grey Lake, though The Great Shipyard is also here. In the centre are the mountains known as the Dead Man's Teeth, and to the far west is the area known as Dragon's Fall.
