Grey Lake is both the name of a lake and of the small town on the banks. The lake is highly alkaline due to mineral deposits, meaning that it is lethal to anyone who drinks it and the water petrifies anything that touches it. Despite the unattractive living conditions, it remains the largest town in The Dead Lands.
