Nicknamed "Mayor Billy-Bob" by some of the locals, this rather upstanding middle-aged Troll is the incumbent Mayor of T'Kashire, and is apparently quite popular. He was briefly voted out in favour of Shayla Maoilriain in late 3A 205, but after Shayla became Countess she stepped down and a special election was called, leading to him being re-elected.
