Rosechild is the Chancellor and head of the Troll Bridge Association (TBA) - Mor'Koc Branch, a Vampire of unknown age and as a result of the latter secretly a serial killer. He is the primary antagonist of Troll Bridge Association, and one of the few Tales of Orth antagonists who actually gets away with it at the end, due to blackmailing Saskia Byrne by threatening to kill her daughter. 50 years on and he is still running the branch and presumably still killing people to sustain his life.
