This tavern in Adisi Geneti's infamous Mouldtown district is known as a hangout and regular watering hole for local ruffians, thieves and gangs. Ashraiah "Ash" el Sabine and her siblings Magri "Mag" el Sabine and Nenet "Nena" el Sabine were regulars here when they were in their teens. Also, this is noted to be where Shayla Fitzreine met up with Feckward to discuss her transportation to Tir from the University, according to local urban legend.
Later on, Feckward uses the tavern to recruit Bakari Asim.
