The halfling receptionist is the friendly front desk clerk at the Imperial Grand Library in Mor'Koc. She welcomes Bel Kuko during the second time loop, collects a five-gold membership fee from the kobold and sets up her account, then directs her to the catfolk administrator who oversees the library. Although she has little authority, her cheerfulness helps new members feel at ease.
