One of the Languages of Orth, primarily used in writing by the Dwarves, especially for magical purposes such as Runestones.
The runic language, originally pieced together by the Dwarves from markings on naturally occurring Runestones became the primary written language of the Dwarf sometime during the First Age. When enscribed on a Runestone, it allows for much more control on the Runestones effects when used in crafting.
