Sieluk and his cousin ZiZi were born and raised in Somnara. Cousins, they grew close from working at the family business, Barker Manufacturing, from a young age. Sieluk spent his days working as a gunsmith, much to his gunslinger cousin Zizi's advantage. They bonded in helping the business along and hitting the firing range. Two best buds, they became business partners after many years, when Sieluk and Zizi's fathers/uncles retired.
But with the business changing hands, a long-standing agreement with a powerful family, the Paleclaws, was deemed void. The Barkers rebelled against this notion, and the feud stands to this day. The city turned dangerous, so Sieluk and Zizi made the difficult choice to get smuggled out. In hopes of gaining power and influence, and return to Somnara to reopen their business.
