Also called "Cyborgs" or "Gestalts" by Terrans and Asterians, is a designation given to those who have undergone complete cyberization, integrating their biological brains with advanced cybernetic systems, or otherwise known to the wider galaxy as "becoming unbound". While Unbounds posses super mortal abilities they are far from inmortal, the operation to become one is difficult which in most cases may lead to the aspirants death due to Cyber rejection and, depending on the species lifespan, at certain age the cyborg may suffer from Cyberbrain Sclerosis and undergo a form of Depersonalization similar to AI called "Cyberdementia" on which the Cyborg becomes insane and loses all of its Morality.
