A relatively newly discovered empire in the known galaxy. The Hiriax collective, or just the collective, is an empire that thrives off piracy and fanatical collectivism. They are sometimes called "the space anarchs" or "Elf guerrillas" by the few Asterians and Terrans who know of their existence. Originally created and mostly comprise by Xakels, the collective accepts anyone into its fold not only those of its own race.
