Moander was an extremely ancient demigod of rot, decay, and corruption, who predated ancient Netheril and had mysterious origins. Moander has repeatedly been considered a Dead Power, completely destroyed or banished from the Prime Material Plane, but it always seems to somehow slither back into existence. It was once again thought to be destroyed during The Spellplague but few who know of the ancient plague believe it is truly gone.
