The island of Maginia is located in the Gulf of Mana, with the Sea of Kings being to its south. The island is quite large in size, and it is territory of the Empire's Province of Tersodia. The town of Valaris' Point is located on the island's southern coast.
Maginia is known for being home to the College of the Arcane, which is the largest Magic school in the world. While a significant portion of the island's environment has been destroyed to accommodate the growing town and school, there is still a large amount of woodland left.
