The Deep Marsh is an expansive wetland region that spans the southern coasts of central Impatria. Water from the surrounding regions filters through the Marsh and into the Sea of Kings. A majority of the Deep Marsh falls within the borders of the Empire's Province of Palprofundia, although it extends into the neighboring Towerfirth as well.
The Deep Marsh is known for its difficulty to traverse, and most of it remains sparsely inhabited, if at all. The few settlements found within, such as Mossborough, have served to harvest resources specific to the environment.
