The Kemitsu River is a river found flowing through the forests of eastern Towerfirth in the Holy Empire of Acolytius. Its source is found in the Spine of the North, and its waters flow southward and eventually reaches the Sea of Kings. Lake Kemitsu sits at the river's midpoint.
Despite its large size, the Kemitsu does not serve as an ideal shipping route due to the dense wetlands of the Deep Marsh at the river's mouth. Further inland, however, the Silvauri have long used the river for food, drinking water, and the transport of small boats.
