Known about. AI was a quickly budding area of R&D on Mars, until the war.
Despite the incredible works of Martian R&D, a "True" AI or "Superintelligence" was never created, at least that we are aware of.
This page aims to describe the current state of the Sol System and its relation to sci-fi tropes/set dressing/expectations.
Fantasy has such classic assumptions, but Sci-Fi does not, so I am attempting to outline some information in brief.
Note: Just because something says "None" or doesn't exist currently, doesn't mean it can't come up. If it does, it will be quite notable however.

Little-to-none.
There is VR but to hack a computer you're typing at a keyboard not flying through the 'net like in other settings.
Uncommon.
This isn't a typical cyberpunk setting where everyone is getting chromed up and replacing their arms.
That said there are cybernetics, primarily used as healthcare devices, unless you're an intelligence officer.
Uncommon.
Martian firms such as Gemini Biotech in particular, are in the business of enhance humans in more organic ways.
Advanced medicines, performance enhancing drugs, grafts, and DNA manipulation are all on the table.
Grafts and DNA manipulation are certainly less common and frowned upon.
None.
The Holy Grail of transportation. Many theories abound and many tests conducted, but nothing close has ever been tested to get anywhere close to light speed, let alone faster than it.
None.
The stuff of fantasy in-universe, much like today. Testing has surely been done, but so far nothing beats a lead or titanium slug.
None.
Claims of people being Psychics, Psionics, Mutants, Psykers have come and gone for hundreds of years.
As of yet the closest we have seen is cybernetics used as cheap tricks for the public.
Exists.
Not what we typically think of as robotics, but power armour and mechs are certainly an area of Research & Development.
Martian military contractors are working on both.
Common on Earth, Uncommon in The Belt, and Rare on Mars (due to the networking lockdown).
Often
describe as a "Virtual Intelligence" rather than an Artificial
Intelligence. Robots often have access to large datasets, and can be
described as smart, but not thinking.
Human-facing robots will often have a display and/or speaker for communication.
Let's not worry about that and just say there are both free-standing and tethered robots.
The visual aesthetics of robots runs a wide gamut, depending on age and whether meant for in-home use, client-facing commercial, or factory use.
They are rarely humanoid except in particularly specialized use-cases.
Public-facing
robots tend to be maintained to look sleeker or cute, including robots
used in retail settings. They have a corp-branded shiny shell.
Factory and behind-the-scenes use are often less maintained though they may have started off nice and shiny originally.
Older models may also be less shiny and look more like a tractor or power tool.
Here are some examples from Jalan Perez who captures robots with personality well.
