Additionally, it inflicts a -2 to Presence, Manipulation, and Composure rolls to everyone within the Scale of the target and the caster for the Duration, as a sort of mandatory "Nimbus Flare" that feels like Immense Size, Tremendous Spiritual Pressure and Power
