Empress Andalin rose to the throne 400 years ago with her marriage to Handalar Nuranimir. They ruled jointly for only 45 years, until Handalar's murder. They had one child together, Findalin Nuranimir, designated heir to the throne.
Andalin originally implemented the plan to move the halflings to the waypost towns along the Trade Road. Generally popular, there is a large population of halflings who semi-worship her.
Currently she has custody of Matthew Colton, Ambassador to the Human Lands.
