The Steaming Sword is an inn located by the Owlknot River in the town of Reedenford. It is run by the elderly Ordus Cheskull, a former member of the Bronze Aegis. It is a well-decorated inn covered in the trophies of Ordus' former conquests, each with an accompanying tall tale that seems to become more grand each time it is told. The centerpiece and namesake of the inn comes from the longsword hanging over the bar that constantly emits a plume of steam that rises out of one of the inn's three chimneys. The bar has a specialty drink called Spiritfire, famed for its spicy flavor.
