Palkam is a small trade city located on the Sanar River in the Nightspell Moors, technically in the province of the Dry Coast. It is the sister city of Kerakoss, and the two are connected by the mighty Kess'tir Bridge. Palkam is primarily a locus of trade for the city of Asarine, which dwarfs the trade city in size and population.
