Krogdim's Potent Spigot is a wondrous item, that under no circumstances, should be given to Tamidilly Rideonvattle.
Description
An iron spigot with a turn valve that appears to have been made for a barrel of ale. The spigot is smooth and perfectly shaped, bearing no visible lines from a casting. Small arcane runes line the mouth of the spout.
Effects
Whenever a liquid is run through the spout, it will be imbued with a potent alcohol. While the taste will remain unchanged, the Constitution save of the liquid to prevent becoming drunk will immutably become 20. Any instruments or magic that can divine alcoholic levels will reveal this, and the liquid can be detected as magical for up to 24 hours, after which it will become mundane.
History
At some point, the spigot fell into the hands of the mercenary Erdo Elfast. Erdo eventually handed it off to the Cursebusters, under the promise that its existence no be revealed to the lover of drink Tamidilly Rideonvattle.
