Lowind is a wood elven kingdom located in the western forests of the Heart of Est, high in the Unknown. The kingdom is highly pious and is dedicated to the worship of the goddess Patalir.
Many children of Lowind are inducted into the Frozen Priesthood and are taught the tenets of the Rimehume, generally departing from their home after their training is completed.
