The Singing Bloodkeep is a large, fortified keep located in the Hecarate Homelands. Beneath the keep is a massive network of mines and forges that craft a powerful metal known as Singing Steel, which has a number of unique properties. The strange forging techniques produce haunting, melodic sounds similar to a choir that fill the desolate valley the keep is located in.
The witch Oressa Halight had a weakness to the Singing Steel, and maintained a teleportation circle to the Singing Bloodkeep in order to keep tabs on its distribution and ensure it did not fall into the hands of her enemies.
