Pheselyn Jylan is an elderly elven tower mage of the city of Hymathel, taking up residence in the northwestern tower. He is a practitioner of spatial magics such as teleportation and planar travel.
Pheselyn tends to mutter to himself a lot. He likes to draw childish pictures in his spare time.
History
Pheselyn played a part in battling the Bottle Demon, managing to teleport the Peas into the Nevald District. Later, he teleported the same party to Sanar as a reward for their work.
