The Dancing Peaks are a set of mountains that range from the border between the Kalhastian Empire and Midradir up north to delineate the regions of Utheriath and Luvensor. A mountain pass between Atherdale and the forest of Unknown can be accessed by passing through Unknown or Unknown and can shave weeks off of travel time; however, due to hostile wildlife, the trip can be rather perilous. The mountain peaks vary greatly in size and height, giving the range a very jagged and unique look when viewed from the horizon, hence the "Dancing Peaks".
Deep within the mountains is a cave where the ancient host Great Old Tallon watches the world from within, using his eagles as his eyes as he foresees his prophecies.
