The guild's chaos was interrupted by the postal service, Urukh, who delivered a bizarre crate from Father Dawnbringer addressed to Sonei. The crate, only openable by Sonei, turned out to be empty. However, the moment it was opened, a bunch of holographic purple halos appeared above each of her guildmates. The party instantly felt an energetic boost—Sonei had received her artifact.
At the same time, Tsamaela received a long-awaited letter from her estranged sister, Cassandra Hebron, an invitation for dinner in the Orzhov neighborhood of Ravnica.
The party used Vi’s lab portal to meet Cassandra. Cassandra, an Orzhov Syndicate member, requested the party's help in investigating the Vision of Eden cult, which had been generating disturbing rumors around the Albarose Mansion Ruins. Throughout the meeting, Amesia maintained a stiff posture and poker face, successfully avoiding suspicion from both the party and the Orzhov guards.
Near the Albarose Mansion ruins, the party immediately ran into two Orzhov agents who were attempting to blend in with a group of refugees. Due to classic Bromocorah misunderstanding, the party fought the agents before Sonei, Tsamaela, and John abruptly stopped the brawl, pointing out that they were all supposed to be on the same side, investigating the Mansion and the Vision of Eden.
Amesia’s loot grab was the trigger. Orzhov agents ambushed the party, calling them heretics and preparing to attack. Cassandra, however, seemed hesitant. Tsamaela seized the moment and managed to convince her sister to betray the Orzhov and join Bromocorah. Cassandra immediately turned to protect her sister and the guild.
The battle ended. The party, including Cassandra, retreated to Vi’s lab. While Vi attempted to repair Tsamaela’s shattered prosthetic, Amesia shocked everyone by dropping a sudden truth bomb: they were actually the founder of the Vision of Eden and offered both Sonei and Miunir non-contract membership. Vi’s attempt to fix the arm resulted in a sudden explosion that punctuated Amesia’s confession.
