It is said that the whisperers of the scribes conversant in the Stone Tongues, many years ago, extracted from the rocks of copper based minerals a special ink in which the works of the scriptorium are written. It is said that this ink hides certain words and passages from the uninitiated reader causing them to forget those particular passages. This allows the records to tell the truth whilst also hiding it from most readers.
It has a small tower the inside of which is covered entirely in shelf after shelf of scrolls. It off limits to the average reader and contains the scrolls considered dangerous or seditious.
