The base of the tower sits upon a great raised mound of rock, a moss like plant grows over the rock giving purchase to the talons of kaylabs. Ordinary people must take the road that circles its way gradually up the rock to reach the public gate, the noble gate is half way up the tower and can only be reached by a kaylab climbing up the tower wall with its noble rider.
