Duels play a large roll in the Imperial Court. Each year the Emperor himself hold a duel where the contestants fight to first blood. The tower is dedicated to the art of sword fighting with the masters teaching the Imperial Guard as well as the children of the high born families. Master of Blades Dreman Tong teaches only the Imperial family themselves. The tower is also rumoured to train the emperors assassins.
