Dangler's Walk goes from the Torturers Tower all the way to the edge of the great floating rock of Songborne and beyond it. Off the edge of the rock a metal walk way extends the path into the clouds where it stops abruptly. Hanging from the walkway are ropes and on the end of those ropes are cages and in those cages are prisoners who are fed just enough to keep them alive. They hang there as a warning to others and as a public humiliation and punishment. Anyone can walk along Dangler's Walk and contemplate the fate of those who betray the empire.
